The Southport 30 FE is a 10.5-foot beam, 30-foot center console, built in the great tradition of the Maine mariners, with a wide bow flare to knock down seas and give a smooth ride in rough waters. The wide bow flares out beautifully, giving you a wide gunwale and an extra-wide deck up front. This is ideal for bait fishermen, giving them a great place to stand and cast a net. This particular boat is set up for family cruising with comfortable seating, hence the FE that stands for “Family Edition.” What’s more, the boat is powered by dual 300 horsepower Mercury outboard motors that can hit speeds in excess of 50mph.
