Lagartun Limited Flies

Lagartun Limited makes flies that look so realistic you won't have to worry about the bite.

Taking a billfish on fly transcends the whole idea of fishing. You’re knowingly making something that’s already difficult even more so by using flimsy rods and reels with very limited capacity. Lagartun Limited takes a little of the heat off by making flies that look so realistic you won’t have to worry about the bite.
Lagartun’s Horse Ballyhoo fly is constructed out of a unique product called Tubraid, a braided tube-like material that looks a lot like a Chinese finger puzzle. This material also features an iridescent “pearl” flash that offers better visibility underwater. The fly can be rigged with heavy mono or stainless-steel wire for the utmost in durability.
The Horse Ballyhoo fly is 13 inches long and comes rigged with 180-degree offset 8/0 Gamakatsu hooks on 300-pound mono. No epoxy is used to construct the Horse Ballyhoo, so it features a flexible fish-like appearance and feel. Lagartun flies come in six different styles, including the silver and gold holographic colors and the stainless-steel wire versions.
