Strike Footwear has introduced the Silvertip Drift, a new boat shoe designed for anglers. The shoe updates the traditional deck shoe with performance features intended for offshore use while maintaining its familiar look.

The Silvertip Drift features a nonmarking, slip-resistant outsole and water-repellent leather upper, along with Strike’s Aqua Sluice drainage system, which is designed to channel water away from the foot for improved comfort in wet conditions. Fast-drying materials and a cushioned footbed are intended to help anglers stay comfortable whether fishing offshore or moving around the dock.

The shoe also incorporates several recycled and sustainably sourced materials, including leather from a Leather Working Group-certified tannery, Seaqual yarn made from recovered marine plastic, recycled polyester, recycled EVA and recycled rubber. The footbed uses Bloom EVA, a material derived in part from algae biomass.

Strike Footwear serves as the official footwear partner of the International Game Fish Association, and the company says a portion of proceeds from every pair sold supports IGFA conservation and education programs, including habitat restoration, fisheries research, fish-tagging initiatives and youth angling outreach.

The Silvertip Drift is available in Taupe, Navy and Tan color options with an MSRP of $140.
