Rugged Shark’s new Exhuma fishing shoes ($89.99) deliver comfort, support and deck-gripping security in a stylish design. The mid-sole is made from resilient, closed-cell EVA foam and includes a special shock absorber in the heel and custom-fitted removable footbed. The outsole is molded from two rubber compounds and features razor-cut tread areas surrounded by channels that guide water from underfoot. The Exhuma’s look is enhanced by treated, water-resistant leather and Dri-Lex mesh in the sides, tongue and heel. Dri-Lex is a patented material that absorbs interior moisture and wicks it to the shoe’s surface. The result is a cool, dry environment for your feet that helps prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew. Rugged Shark, Lighthouse Pt., FL; (954) 782-3200; www.ruggedshark.com.
