The GP31 GPS Navigator is a replacement to Furuno’s GP30. It includes many of the same proven features that made its predecessor so popular, plus several new improvements. This slim-line, waterproof unit sports a 12-parallel-channel GPS receiver that is capable of accepting DGPS data. It boasts an increased memory capacity, with storage for 1,000 points of ship’s track, plus up to 950 waypoints and 50 routes containing up to 30 waypoints each. But not only is it an accurate navigational tool, it’s also energy efficient, operating on a low power consumption – ideal for smaller boats with limited battery and charging capacity.
