Furuno and Jeppesen have collaborated to expand the chart versatility of Furuno’s popular NavNet 3D multifunction displays. C-Map/MapMedia vector charts for North America will be available for NavNet 3D by press time, followed shortly by other worldwide locations. Anglers will view C-Map chart data in Furuno’s 3-D presentations, using the company’s TimeZero technology, or choose NOAA raster or vector charts or Datacore by Navionics (outside the United States) vector cartography. To use the new C-Map charts, current NavNet 3D users need a free software upgrade from Furuno’s website.
