Permitted: From April through September, permit gather in large schools over many Gulf wrecks, where they eagerly eat small live crabs. They will also fall for jigs, as this one did. Pat Ford
Cobia Magnets: During the winter, cobia can be thick on the wrecks, and are great fun on casting tackle.
