Bones are hungry and willing

Ready for action

My biggest Bone yet.JPG

Finally had some custom aluminum fabrication done with a casting platform on the bow and a poling platform over the transom. Now the boat is equipped and totally functional for plying the flats. Makes a huge difference for sightcasting for my clients.
The Bones have been biting as well. The past six charters have been hooking up with nice sized bones. Average size has been seven to eight pounds, with a nice eleven pound fish caught just several days ago. My client said he has fished all over the world including Christmas Island and this is the largest fish he has landed in his life. What an honor to be able to share the moment with him. So far I haven’t landed any Bones under seven pounds so I don’t know what its like to catch any small fish.
