5-9-09 beautiful day on the water light winds and afternoon falling tide. We had perfect conditions for this one spot as we pulled around the point on the trolling motor there’s a boat right in the spot we were heading so we trolled down the bayou about 100 yards and as they caught 4 to our 1 we decided to head to another spot. We picked up a few hear and there and decided to go back to the first spot and we lucked out the boat was gone we slid in and the bite was a little slow but the sun was starting to set then the switch was turned on trout started slamming the popping cork. Great day and great weather and some willing fish it doesn’t get any better.
