I went out May 13 on a half-dy trip with Capt. Tom Shadley of Mangrove Outfitters( www.mangroveoutfiers.com )The Tarpo are showing themselves and after this past cold front passes, the Tarpon should be more numerous. We caught this 27-inch Snook, saw Reds, and cast to Tarpon. Capt. Tom is superb guide and I’d recommend him to anyone.
