The new wireless Network Analyzer and Service Assistant features for the latest Lowrance and Simrad MFDs offer immediate access to technical support. Using GoFree connectivity and the latest free software upgrades, these tools let boaters send system information wirelessly to the service team for troubleshooting. Technical support staff remotely view the entire system to resolve issues. This also simplifies updates, notifying boaters whenever new software is available.
