Highlight of the show every year is the New Product Showcase "Best of Show" Awards

More than 7,000 representatives from the global sport fishing community converged on Las Vegas last week for the 54th International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades, better know as ICAST.

Highlight of the show every year is the New Product Showcase “Best of Show” Awards, which this year featured 21 categories of tackle and related items that were judged and voted on by buyers and outdoor journalists. The winning entries included a range of products of particular interest to saltwater anglers.

Winner of the New Product Showcase in both the Line category and the Overall “Best of Show” is Berkley Nanofil fishing line, a gel-spun polyethylene that Pure fishing calls the ultimate spinning reel fishing line.
