Need some noise? Put a Rat-L-Trap or other noise-making plug up your skirt. The skirt of your teaser, that is. Take the hooks off the plug and crimp it to the end of your line below your teaser. The rattling plug will make a racket and draw a variety of gamefish to your spread.
