Suck It Up

st_tip5_165x272.jpg

Removing the old line from a spinning reel can take a while, not to mention that it’s a pain the neck. I’ve learned that the easiest and quickest way is to use a vacuum cleaner. Open the bail on the reel and leave the tag end hanging loose from the spool. Holding the vacuum nozzle a few inches from the tag end, flip on the switch and it sucks up the old line for quick-and-easy disposal or recycling.
