world record dolphin
Angler Sherrell Carter of Duluth, Georgia, caught a dorado late last month that may set a new IGFA world record for women’s 2-pound line class .
The 44-pound, 1-ounce fish was caught out of Tropic Star Lodge in Pinas Bay, Panama on August 25. The record dorado fell for a pitched ballyoo and was landed after a quick 5-minute fight.
Carter is no stranger to world records — she currently holds the 2 kg (4 lb) line class record for dorado.
