Century Boat Company, Inc. has once again received the prestigious CSI Customer Satisfaction Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Company representatives will receive the award during a presentation at the IBEX Show, later this year.
“Our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction and quality goes well beyond our factory, and each of our employees, as well as our nationwide network of dealers, is dedicated to providing customers with the ultimate experience, before, during and after the sale,” says Richie Rodgers, National Sales Manager for Century Boat Company, Inc. “Our CSI data is instrumental in providing feedback to ensure that we are providing our customers with top-notch service and high-quality products,” says Rodgers.
Rodgers added that Century continues to make numerous product improvements based solely on the information obtained from its customers, and the company also utilizes the CSI program as a great “follow-up” tool for its dealer network in order to ensure a satisfying ownership experience for its customers.
Century Boat Company recently hosted its 2009 dealer meeting, where it showcased its new 2009 products, including its 2900 Express with tower option, 2400 Inshore with tower/F350 option, and new 1900 Inshore.
Century utilized information obtained from CSI data, dealer input and follow-up customer calls to make hundreds of standard and optional feature upgrades to its 2009 line-up, a group of boats that includes center consoles, walk arounds, inshores, dual consoles and an offshore and express model.
