Off the Hook — Cheap

For a simple and inexpensive way to remove hooks, I took an old, long flathead screwdriver - the cheaper, the better - and drilled a notch in the middle of the head with my rotary tool. When I bring a fish to boatside, I slide the notch in the screwdriver down my fishing line for a safe and quick hook removal.
