The Way to Fillet

01_12_1.jpg

This new fish-cleaning station created by Florida welder Charlie Britton is one of the best we’ve seen. The table and legs are constructed of sturdy, powder-coated aluminum, while the cutting surface is made of durable Starboard material that’s easy to clean and will provide years of service. A hose attachment and water-flow control/shut-off valve are located on the side rail for easy hook-up. The adjustable spray bar can be set in a horizontal position or be lifted vertically to allow for the rinsing of fillets and the washing of hands and equipment. Table legs are pre-drilled for fast mounting on a dock or seawall, and can be removed for storage. Dimensions are 48″ by 27″ by 38″ high, and suggested retail is $575.
