TYGer is a brand-new metal leader material that is nearly as flexible as monofilament, which means you can tie most types of knots with it. TYGer is made of nylon-coated, micro-braided, stainless-steel filaments that resist kinks and remain incredibly supple. The material is available in 5, 15, 30 and 50 lb. test, and comes in 10′ packages or 30′ and 100′ bulk spools. Prices range from $7.50 per 10′ package to over $75 for the larger bulk spools.
