Cook Mfg. has unveiled its new PL-65 electric hydraulic Power Lift rated for outboard engines up to 300 hp. The new unit can raise or lower the largest and heaviest outboards on the market, even at full throttle, to provide better hole-shots, improved top-end speed and fuel efficiency, and greater prop clearance for shallow water. In addition, the hydraulic power unit and cylinder on the PL-65 have been incorporated to create a compact, self-contained and totally waterproof hydraulic actuator without hydraulic hoses.
