To better meet the demands of marine applications, EnerSys has made several improvements to the Odyssey 31M-PC2150 battery. It features a specially molded busbar which greatly increases vibration and rotation protection. Additionally, EnerSys has incorporated an improved flame arrester that’s designed to vent hydrogen gas in the event of a severe overcharge. The 31M-PC2150 also features 1,370 marine cranking amps, 205 minutes of reserve capacity and a deep-cycle capability of 400 cycles at 80 percent depth of discharge.
