New from McGuinness is the Leverage series of spinnerbaits and buzzbaits that are proving deadly on redfish (red drum). They feature a patented system that virtually eliminates any chance of a fish throwing the hook by incorporating a flexible steel cable between the top of the lure head and the hook, allowing the hook to rotate with very little resistance. Once the fish is hooked and begins to thrash and run, the cable prevents the fish from getting any leverage between the hook and body of the bait.
