Patagonia Marlwalker II

Replacing the original Marlwalker, the new Marlwalker II dries faster and is lighter and more durable than its predecessor.

Whether you’re fishing in the surf or on the flats, you need a good pair of wading shoes. With its latest boot, Patagonia has bested even itself. Replacing the original Marlwalker, the new Marlwalker II dries faster and is lighter and more durable than its predecessor.

The company’s experienced shoe team has incorporated advancements in materials technology into the new design to offer a supportive, comfortable shoe that’s easier to get on and off.  The outsole is nonmarking, provides excellent traction and sheds mud. The upper is made from a durable polyurethane-coated, polyester-based synthetic leather. The boot’s light color reflects the sun to keep your feet cool, and it won’t fade. Lightweight, high-filtration polyester mesh keeps sand and debris out and drains water quickly; channels at the heels provide additional drainage. The Marlwalker II’s insole is made of removable EVA foam and has a gel pad insert for comfort and arch support. The ankle-bolstered support and foam padding reduce impact when wading on hard bottom.

The Marlwalker II is available in a pebble color and comes in unisex sizes 5 to 14. It retails for $115. For more information, write to Patagonia at P.O. Box 32050, Reno, NV 89523; call 800-638-6464; or visit www.patagonia.com.
