The ingenious HAL-LOCK, a unique aluminum outrigger pulley introduced in 1999 with a lever that locks the halyard against a neoprene insert to prevent downward “creep” when trolling spreader bars or other large lures or baits, is now constructed of a black, fiberglass-reinforced nylon with stainless pins, crimps and snaps.
