The ingenious HAL-LOCK, a unique aluminum outrigger pulley introduced in 1999 with a lever that locks the halyard against a neoprene insert to prevent downward “creep” when trolling spreader bars or other large lures or baits, is now constructed of a black, fiberglass-reinforced nylon with stainless pins, crimps and snaps. Single, double and triple pulley units are available, with white or black shock cords in 6″, 9″ or 12″ lengths. Prices run $19.95 for a single, $39.95 for a double and $59.95 for a triple.
