Easy Hull Washdown

easy_hull.jpg

When I am finished flushing the motor of my flats skiff after a long day of fishing, I place an oscillating lawn sprinkler underneath the trailer to wash down my hull and trailer. The water is sprayed back and forth and spreads out about ten feet so it cleans the salt water off of the trailer, the brakes and the bottom of the boat. I let it run while I finish cleaning everything else. If the boat is really dirty, I put an inline soap dispenser full of hull cleaner on the hose.
