One of the most popular hulls in the Aquasport lineup, the 215 has undergone a redesign for 2003 and now offers better performance and more of the features anglers are looking for. The hull features a foam-filled, fiberglass box section stringer system with an integral high-density composite transom that now comes with a ten-year, transferable structural warranty. Pushed by a Yamaha SX 200, the 215 tops out at 43 mph while turning 5550 rpm, and cruises at 36 mph at 4500 rpm. The bow seating area has been enhanced for side-to-side fishing and holds a molded-in sink for rigging and clean-up. An optional lounge seat folds out for convenience. Additional features include a 100-quart insulated cooler, lighted live well with overboard drain, raw- and fresh-water washdown, port and starboard rod storage, four gunwale-mounted rod holders and a three-drawer tackle-storage unit. The console houses an enclosed head, and there’s lots of under-deck storage for a variety of gear.
