The Fall Foul Weather Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Firecrown Media, Inc., 405 Cherry Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37450 USA (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, and legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, production, fulfillment, or implementation of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such person, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws, rules, and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 29, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or designated timekeeping system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of website used or method of access. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit may be void or disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
Entries must be complete to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, late, misdirected, generated by script, macro, bot, or automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, and Sponsor reserves the right to require proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder of that email address.

Apparel and footwear sizes, colors, and styles are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability, and are not selected by the winner. All prize elements are awarded as-is, with no cash equivalent and no substitution at the winner’s request. The stated approximate retail value is in U.S. dollars, and no adjustment will be made for currency exchange rates. Product names referenced above are trademarks of their respective owners, which are not sponsors of, and do not endorse or administer, this Sweepstakes. The gift card component of the prize is subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiration policies imposed by its issuer.
The prize consists only of the items specifically described in these Official Rules. Any accessories, subscriptions, installation, setup, delivery charges, transportation, insurance, taxes, or any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize that are not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or any individual prize element, in whole or in part, with an item of comparable or greater value, or with cash or a gift card in an amount equal to or greater than the approximate retail value of the substituted item or element, if the advertised prize or element becomes unavailable, is discontinued, is out of stock in a size or style Sponsor determines suitable, or otherwise cannot reasonably be obtained or delivered for any reason. No substitution will be made at the winner’s request, and the winner has no right to select, review, or approve any substituted item.
On or about November 3, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email only on or about November 5, 2026, using the email address submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor will make up to three (3) email attempts to notify the potential winner over a period of up to five (5) business days following the date of the initial notification attempt. Sponsor is not obligated to attempt notification by any other method, including without limitation telephone, text message, social media, postal mail, or in-person delivery.
It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid and monitored email address and to keep such email address current during the Sweepstakes Period and through prize fulfillment. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, filtered as spam or junk, misdirected, undeliverable, or not timely seen or responded to by a potential winner for any reason.
The potential winner may be required, except where prohibited by law, to complete, sign, and return within the time period specified by Sponsor an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax forms, and/or any other documents Sponsor reasonably requires to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner:
(a) cannot be contacted after the email notification attempts described above;
(b) does not respond within the time period specified by Sponsor;
(c) is found to be ineligible;
(d) fails to timely complete and return any required documents;
(e) declines the prize; or
(f) otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
then such potential winner may be disqualified and, time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select no more than two (2) alternate potential winners.
If no potential winner has been verified and confirmed as the winner on or before December 4, 2026, the prize will remain unawarded. Sponsor will deliver the prize to the confirmed winner at an address in the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada within approximately thirty (30) days following receipt of all required documents. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize or prize element that is lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit, and risk of loss passes to the winner upon delivery of the prize to the carrier.
Canadian residents: As a condition of being declared a winner, a Canadian potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor by email or other online means.
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize as provided above.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and other taxes, duties, fees, and surcharges, and for any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
For a U.S. winner, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax reporting form for the fair market value of the prize, as required by law, and the winner may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number before prize fulfillment.
Any warranty on the prize is subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms, if any. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, city, state/province/territory, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(a) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, emails, or communications;
(b) technical failures of any kind, including failures or malfunctions of computers, devices, servers, systems, providers, networks, hardware, software, or websites;
(c) unavailability or inaccessibility of any website, application, platform, or service;
(d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(e) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or
(f) injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may, in its discretion, select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the termination.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as part of a class action, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Hamilton County, Tennessee, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive any right to recover attorneys’ fees; provided, however, that nothing in these Official Rules shall limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

If Sponsor wishes to send promotional or marketing communications to entrants, any such communications will be administered in compliance with applicable law, including Canada’s anti-spam law where applicable. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, require entrant consent to receive promotional marketing emails, except to the extent lawful consent is separately obtained.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, eligibility determinations, prize substitution, disqualification, and the selection and verification of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to correct any typographical, clerical, or printing error in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes advertising, and to amend these Official Rules, with any such amendment posted at the applicable promotional website. These Official Rules govern in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any abbreviated rules, entry-page copy, or other Sweepstakes advertising or promotional materials.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform, and each such platform is released from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
