I recently converted a used toaster oven into a double-rack oven to cure powder-painted jig heads. Besides an old toaster oven, you need two wire hangers, four self-tapping screws, two hacksaw blades and four miniature hose clamps to complete the job. Cut and bend the wire hanger pieces to form rack frames. Drill mounting holes in the toaster-oven pan. Attach wire hanger frames to the pan with self-tapping screws. Secure hacksaw blades to the wire frames using miniature hose clamps. The saw blades prevent the jigs from sliding into each other, and the pan collects the excess paint that will inevitably drip off. I have used this to cure up to 36 jigs at one time.
