MapSend is a new cartographic and information resource for GPS navigation. It’s a CD-ROM database designed specifically for use with the Magellan MAP 410 GPS receiver, and is available in both marine and land versions. MapSend has new and more detailed C-MAP NT electronic charts. The purchase of the CD includes the selection of one of hundreds of more detailed C-MAP NT Compact charts, which the user then uploads into the MAP 410. If you need an additional chart, C-MAP provides a code that allows you to access the desired chart. An outline of the chart area makes chart selection easy, and the reference number is displayed when running the MapSend program on a PC.
