Fishing is good!!!

Hi all, Sorry for the late report but we had some sad news a week ago, Bill’s younger brother Mark passed away unexpected in his sleep. It was a shock to the whole family and we are all just trying to get back in the groove of life.

The fishing has been interesting to say the least, 2 weeks ago the bass fishing was on fire, we get a few warm days and the big Striped Bass turn off the feed. Some days we have had a good bite going and other days it was a little slow. But we have been picking some really nice bass here and there and a lot of big chopper Bluefish in the 8-12 lb range.

But the fall run seems like it has not started yet. The water is still warm and the best fishing is yet to come. There are fish everywhere and bait is everywhere so it is just a matter of time before things bust wide open. With the cool temps forcast toward the end of this week and into next things are gonna get good!!!

We still have plenty of great dates available for the fall run. We will be fishing until Nov. 1st. So just because Labor day is over, remember that the fishing this time of year is the best chance you have for that fish of a lifetime and also some of the best fishing of the season. The Tuna bite is starting to heat up as well so we will also be trying to get offshore and rip some tuna lips as well.

I will post the latests bass and blue fish pictures in the photo section, you can check them out if you like.
