Solo Trailer Loading Made Easy

solo.gif

I extended the bow bracket on my trailer to make it easier for me to power-load my 25-foot center console. A 2″ by 1/4″ by 3′ piece of aluminum and a couple of nuts and bolts are all it took. I drilled my trailer bracket and the piece of stock, then bolted the piece in place. I then bent the stock so it would just touch my bow when the boat was in place on the trailer. The extended bracket gives me a point of reference when I don’t have someone to help guide me onto the trailer. Easy loading and peace of mind, all for a minimal cost of $10.
