G.Loomis Pro-Green Rods

A review of G.Loomis' Pro-Green spinning rods
100-0910gear rod

G.Loomis has expanded upon its award-winning Pro Green inshore saltwater rod series with nine casting models. These new rods are available in lengths as short as 6 feet 10 inches and as long as 7 feet 4 inches. In addition, G.Loomis is adding two new spinning models, which join the existing lineup of Pro Green spinning rods. The whole series is ideal for anglers who prefer fishing small jigs, lightly weighted soft-plastic lures and a variety of topwater baits. The Pro Green rods were designed for fishing braided lines but work as well with nylon monofilament. When choosing your rod, keep in mind that different links, as well as different power ratings, are offered, which enables you to find a rod that can do exactly what you want it to. Prices range from $235 to $265, and all rods are backed by a limited lifetime warranty; for more information, visit www.gloomis.com.
