New Boats: Everglades 243CC

The new 243CC marks Everglades' entry into the bay-boat market. With 121 square feet of cockpit space, 21 degrees of deadrise and 16 inches of draft, the 243CC is rated for 11 people, so it has lots of fishing room in a hull poised to take on nasty days. Standard features include trim tabs, a 32-gallon live well, wide walkaround gunwales, four flush-mounted rod holders, a tackle unit, dry storage and lifejacket storage nets. The rear seats fold down and lock to create a flush aft casting deck. Forward of the console is a 75-gallon, in-deck fishbox with macerator and vee-shaped storage units. The console features an acrylic windshield, recessed storage areas, room for flush-mounted electronics and a forward cooler seat. All Everglades carry a ten-year transferable warranty.
