Scientific Anglers’ Quad Tip Lines

Mastery Series Quad Tip lines give you the true flexibility you need to cover all portions of the water column.

All sloppy casts aside, trying to get a handle on what depth the fish are hanging in and getting your fly in front of them could be the trickiest part of fly fishing. Scientific Anglers’ new Mastery Series Quad Tip lines give you the true flexibility you need to cover all portions of the water column.
Quad Tip lines feature changeable tip sections that attach nicely with loop-to-loop connections to a weight-forward, Advanced Shooting Technology (AST)-formulated floating line. At 90 feet in length, the Mastery Series Quad Tip lines come with four 15-foot tip sections, including an AST-formulated floating tip; a clear, slow-sinking tip; a Type II moderate-sinking tip; and a fast-sinking Type V tip.
The lines are available in weight-forward freshwater (weights 6 through 9) and saltwater (weights 10 through 13) versions. Saltwater Quad lines feature harder coatings and a tapered design to handle larger flies as well as a braided monofilament core for durability. Quad Tip lines also come packaged with a mesh “tip wallet” to keep your tips dry and handy when not in use.
