Here’s a cheap solution for a quick and easy leaning-post rigging station: Attach a short beverage holder to the post with a single stainless screw. It serves two functions: It holds a standard leader spool so you can quickly rip off new leader after a break-off, and it also holds hooks, jigs, small lead weights, rubber bands and any other tackle until you’re ready to use it.
