The SI-TEX Genesis “all-in-one” Navigation/Information Center lets you view information from multiple sources on one monitor. Genesis is an expandable C-MAP NT charting system with a 10.4″ active-matrix color LCD display that also accepts input from radar and GPS units. An optional circuit board adds fishfinder capabilities, while video ports let the user monitor the entire vessel with video cameras or watch movies by hooking up a VCR (not recommended while under way). The Genesis control unit allows users to switch quickly between functions, while keeping their eyes on one screen.
