STEP 2: Work your thread back to the bend of the hook and tie in a few strands of gold, red and green Flashabou.

STEP 3: Cut three black saddle hackles the same length and tie in on the side of the shank, at the bend of the hook on the side opposite from you.

STEP 4: Repeat step 3 but on the side of the shank closest to you.

STEP 5: Tie in a couple black saddle hackles perpendicular to the hook point and palmer forward.

STEP 6: Palmar forward until you reach the point just behind the dumbbell eyes and whip finish. More than likely you will need several hackles to palmar up the shank.
