It seems like there are a million ways store a Sabiki rig, and I’ve tried plenty of them—trust me. The best approach I’ve found is to wrap the rig around a wine cork. Start winding at the top and work your way down, sticking the point of each hook into the cork along the way. Tuck the tag end underneath one of the last wraps so it doesn’t unravel. The cork saves space in the tackle box and floats if it’s accidentally dropped overboard.
