Cabo earns sixth-straight Customer Satisfaction Award for Excellence

The NMMA CSI Award Program recognizes participating companies that have actively measured customer satisfaction to pursue continuous improvement.

Cabo Yachts will be recognized for its dedication to customer satisfaction in Miami at the upcoming IBEX 2008 boatbuilding exhibition to take place in September. The CSI Recognition Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction was announced in July, and is presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).

“Cabo always strives to build the best quality sportfishing boats and maintain a customer-focused attitude,” states Austin Rothbard, president of Cabo Yachts. “We are very fortunate to have employees and dealers who are dedicated to accomplishing these goals.”
 
The NMMA CSI Award Program recognizes participating companies that have actively measured customer satisfaction to pursue continuous improvement. Award recipients achieved and maintained a standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by consumers who purchased a new vessel between July 2007 and June 2008.
