Boner Day!

Bones are biting!
Rob Corsetti with a 13 lb bone.JPG

What a day of Bonefishing we had today. Started off hooking and landing a 13 pound Bone. Right after landing it and releasing it, I see several tailing not fifty feet from the boat, my client made a few tries but no love. Then, we run into an area where they are everywhere. He went one way, I went the opposite direction. I watched him cast at some tailers, then I see a big fish coming my way, intercept it with my fly and hook up! After landing it and releasing this nine pounder, I stand up, look at my client and turn around to see another fish approaching me at twenty feet away. I do a roll cast at it and whzzz, hook up again, all in less than thirty seconds after letting the other fish go! I pass the rod over and let my client fight the fish, a nice seven pound Bone. What a day!
