The boat is a 21 foot Parker with a 200 hp Yamaha outboard. Electronics include Lowrance and Furuno. Tackle available from conventional to spin outfits to meet the needs of the fish we are after. Thomas and Thomas fly tackle is also available.

Capt. Russ has chartered from Whale Harbor Marina since 1979. The Marina is located at mm 83.5 on the east side of U.S.1 in Islamorada. The Rusty IV sits in the basin right next to the Atlantic ocean. What a view! When I am not fishing in Islamorada, I can be found in Yellowstone National Park and the Rocky Mountain west hikng and fly fishing.
