Reader Tips: Storing Parachutes

Wrap one jig and the line around the noodle, and hook the parachute lure hook in the hole on the end...

An easy way to store tandem parachute-jig rigs is with a 1-foot section of a kid’s pool noodle. Stick a roofing nail through the open eye of the three-way swivel of the tandem rig and into the middle of the noodle. Then wrap one jig and the line around the noodle, and hook the parachute lure hook in the hole on the end of the noodle. Do the same with the other parachute jig, wrapping it around the other side of the nail and fastening it in that end.
