Intellian
Intellian s6HD is a digital marine satellite antenna system specially designed for the DIRECTV services for all types of vessels (anchored or in transit) to automatically identify, track and capture satellite signals from the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB: the international standard for digital TV transmissions) compatible satellites.
Intellian s6HD is a dual-band 2-axis marine satellite antenna system which is capable of receiving 3 DIRECTV satellite signals simultaneously. Receiving signals from one DIRECTV 101°W Ku-band satellite and two DIRECTV 99°W and DIRECTV 103°W Ka-band satellites at the same time, you can simultaneously watch all DIRECTV channels no matter which satellite your target program is coming from. This also enables the channel guide data to remain constantly up to date.
Using a simple connection to the antenna, the Intellian s6HD with a Single Wiring Multi-switch (SWM) enables 16 receivers to view all DIRECTV channels with the possibility to upgrade to 32 SWM Receivers or DVRs. The s6HD is also compatible with general Ku-band receivers such as DISH Network, Bell TV and DIRECTV local channel programming services. Read more »

October 28, 2011At this years Ft Lauderdale boat show, there's a lot of stuff to gawk at; everything from exciting new boats, to tackle, clothing and accessories. But when I walked into the Ft Lauderdale Convention Center, I saw something I've not seen before; a 34 Yellowfin rigged with multiple automatic weapons, destined for the Texas Highway Patrol. This boat will reportedly be used to patrol the waters along the Texas/Mexico border, a notoriously deadly area. This is one serious machine and will give US law enforcement a leg up on the bad guys. October 28, 2011Sunny skies and good vibes greeted us at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show and I quickly got lost, well, entrenched in the vast winding maze of the marketplace and tackle section. After continually getting sidetracked by the Bud Light girls, I found some new products that caught my eye.The Ballyhood Banshee Cowbell trolling lures, meant to target wahoo, were a hot new product.
