Beginning November 3, 2008, G.Loomis customers, both retailers and anglers, will be able to reach customer support personnel from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

"We've basically removed the time zone variables for our customers," said Bruce Holt, G.Loomis' executive director. "Technical support, warranty questions and our Xpeditor service are now available from 6 a.m. until 7:30 pm, depending on where you live in the U.S. We're proud to be recognized as one of the premier, high performance rod companies in the country. Our goal is to be blend a very technical, high quality product line-up with world class customer service."

If you live on the East coast, simply call 1/800-GLoomis ((456-6647) between 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. In the Central time zone, it's from 7 a.m. through 5:30 p.m., while on the West coast, it's from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
