Cobia Tube

Connect the Cobia Tube to a saltwater washdown pump...

Initially designed for cobia release tournaments, the Cobia Tube keeps fish alive for culling purposes, whether for tournament weigh-ins or switching out larger fish on a fun trip. Connect the Cobia Tube to a saltwater washdown pump, and any cobia caught and netted can be kept alive for an extended period thanks to the oxygenated water flow. Boats must be equipped with a functioning washdown or livewell pump, a cockpit hose bib, and overboard deck drains or automatic bilge pumps to discharge the seawater that flows out of the apparatus. The Cobia Tube comes in a 5-foot-long 34.5-inch-circumference model for cobia to 75 pounds and a 6-foot-long 40.84-inch-circumference size for cobia up to 150 pounds. $169 to $189; www.cobiatube.com
