OceanView Technologies expands its range of night-vision cameras with the Astra series, available in Multi-Purpose, TH Thermal and Thermal HD versions, all with a low-profile gimbal design and joystick/push-button controller. The Astra Multi-Purpose ($2,995), a low-light camera, features a 28x optical and 12x digital zoom. The Astra TH Thermal ($8,995) has a 2x digital zoom and five choices of color palettes. Including the same features as the TH version, the Astra Thermal HD ($13,995) has an upgraded thermal camera resolution of 640 by 480 pixels and a 4x digital zoom. $2,995 to $13,995; www.nightboating.com
