November '08 Reader Photos

Striper caught on 10/12/08 at the end of the tide (5:00pm-6:00pm) on a 28' Southport CC. It was caught in 20 ft. of water off of Rockaway Beach with a bunker chunk. Matt Hupe was both the Captain and the Angler. We fished for 6+ hours with live bunker with only bluefish to show. We ran out of live bait and began chunking and that's when we finally started hooking bass. We lost many large bass before Matt caught this 41 pounder. We also had a 22 pounder.
