Striped Marlin Sensation
While flyfishing off the Galapagos Islands, Jefferson Morrow may have set a new record for striped marlin on a fly rod. Casting a pink-and-white sailfish fly rigged on 20-pound tippet, Morrow hooked and landed a stripie that the crew estimated to push 250 pounds. But rather than pursue the record, Morrow released the fish. Bravo!
