Fishing & Boating Flea Market

The Northeast Charterboat Captains Association will be holding its Third Annual Fishing Tackle & Boating Gear Flea Market on Saturday, April 6, 2002, at the Newbury Fire Station in Newbury, Massachusetts. Here's your opportunity to browse among a hall full of tables loaded with new and used rods, reels, lures, accessories, boating equipment, electronics, and all sorts of nautical junk and maritime treasures. It's also a great opportunity to meet and chat with some of the region's top charterboat skippers, and there will be raffles for some terrific prizes. Coffee, donuts and soda will be available. The event will be held from 7:30 am to 1 pm, rain or shine, and admission is just $1. A few dealer tables are still available. For more information call Capt. Frank O'Connor at (508) 892-8230; Capt. Jack Grady at (978) 663-3829; or Capt. Marty McGuire at (603) 765-8412. The Newbury Fire Station is on Morgan Avenue at the junction of Route 1-A, 45 minutes north of Boston and 25 minutes south of Portsmouth, NH.
