From Dirty Socks to Live Bait

I have been using a plastic rectangular laundry basket as a bait pen. It floats perfectly, with the top just above the water, and it holds several dozen fish. Just tie it off to your dock and fill it with your bait. This pen is portable, lightweight and costs less than $5. When it's time to use your bait, just lift the basket out of the water and pour the bait into your live well.
